As Synchrimedia offers a free 7-10 day fully functional download of each of its software titles, once a sale is made and a registration key is created and sent to the customer, it is assumed that the customer has tried the software and are happy with it for their needs, so generally no refunds are offered except on a case-by-case basis (purchasing the Mac version instead of Windows, for example). Prior to any refund authorization, the customer should have at least worked with us in good faith to resolve any perceived issues with the software. All refunds will result in the invalidation of the registration information and the customer is expected to remove the software from their computer.
Customers also agree that when they purchase the software, they will not share the registration information with anyone besides the person using the software. All registrations will record the computer's IP address to track use. Abuse of the number of users as compared to the number purchased may result in the invalidation of the registration information and the forfeiture of the purchase price.
